The tortilla dough seems a little tricksy to get right. Too wet and it sticks and breaks, too dry and it crumbles. Oh well, guess we just have to make tortillas more often. They taste amazing though. And the press isn't exactly expensive. Masa flour is kind of costly.
A Raglan Pie is a tasty thing. Turns out there is a reason they sell out so fast at the Farmers Markets. This one is a potato topped beer-braised steak. Oh yes.
